CLS Global Solutions are currently seeking an Admin/Personal Assistant (Immediate Start)
To provide administrative support across all departments.
Main duties include, but are not restricted to:
- Document Filing.
- Liaise with, and handle requests from Senior Managers.
- Reception duties.
- Answer and transfer appropriately, incoming telephone calls.
- Data Entry.
- Review of reports for accuracy.
- Assist with maintaining personnel records.
- Updating computer records.
- Setting up meetings and taking notes.
- Work Safely in Compliance with Operating Procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft packages is desirable but not essential.
